The Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (NHC) is the statutory body responsible for providing quality, affordable housing and serviced land for the people of Saint Lucia.
Our work covers the full housing lifecycle: acquiring and developing land, delivering homes, condominiums and serviced residential lots, and helping Saint Lucians move into ownership. We are committed to building not just houses, but communities.
This portal
The Property Sales portal lets you browse available land, houses and condominiums, and apply online to purchase. You can create an account, complete your application, upload the required documents, and track your application's progress from enquiry through to the transfer of title.
You remain in control of your account: you can update your details, download a copy of your data, and deactivate or close your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
